Our mission is to equip women with everything needed to really succeed in Project Management. We strive to provide not only industry based insights, skills and knowledge but also proven practical real world experience that can be used successfully at work.
Meet our Founder
Lilian Lu is the Founder of Lead Your Light.
She has spent most of her career successfully managing small to multi million dollar projects and programs within the Technology industry (for over 15 years and counting).
Lilian is passionate about high performance and want to help ambitious women (like you) have the best opportunity to really shine as Project Managers.
She is not just a coach but an advocate for equality, equity and the success of women in Project Management.
